Yeah you can fix them but if you don't it won't do anything bad, they're Yahoo pages

Ok at start-up, your problem is that you have a lot of programs running. If you have CCleaner, run it and go into tools. Click on Start-Up on the left menu. remove anything that you don't need at start-up.
If you have any questions about a program, don't hesitate

Well programs you don't need at start-up are the ones like MSN Messenger, quicktime, itunes etc.
Let's see what you have at start-up. can you print screen the CCleaner and post it here?
