I got Antivir Solution Pro i don't know how but i did i follow instructions to eliminate it and i think i have but some of the log files make me feel unsafe

is there anything wrong is it still there? I learned that HKLM and H(something) were bad so I deleted them today I checked they are here again and I don't know what to do because I keep telling hijackthis to delete it and they say they did but i still keep getting those results is the program still there ?
