Hijack this log plz help

everytome i search on google all the links are spam. its been like this for about a month now and i am just getting around to fixing it. i ran malewarebytes, combofix, neither fixed it. heres my HJT, thanks for the help

Download and Run ComboFix
If you already have Combofix, please delete this copy and download it again as it's being updated regularly.
Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall
NOTE: IF COMBOFIX FAILS TO RUN TRY RENAMING THE FILE TO 'ANYTHING.EXE' WITHOUT THE QUOTES

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.

In your next reply i will need:
  • The ComboFix log
  • A fresh HiJackThis log
  • An update on how your computer is running
 
Rerun hijackthis and place a check next to these entries.

Then click on fix checked at the bottom.

Please also provide an uninstall list using hijackthis. Open hijackthis, click on open the misc tools section, click on open uninstall manager, click on save file. Copy and paste that log back here.

Can you also tell us some examples you are getting from a google search?

Also, you don't seem to be running any active virus programs? Any reason why? Have you used Ccleaner to clean out your old temp files and such?
