Hijack this log?

Hey guys. My mom says not to post a hijack this log of her computer, as she thinks people can get personal information about her. What all can be taken from the logs? And is there a way to prove that you all won't do anything malicious and can be trusted?

A hijackthis log will not give out any personal information per say. It lists certain things like what home page and search page she uses. Also lists what programs and services are running at bootup. But more importantly, it let's us know if any infections are present on the system. A hijackthis log does not display anything about her internet history, favorites, online banking or anything else like that. It's a very important tool used to remove infections.

Yeah I know that. She is afraid that with her list of programs and my IP adress you all will try to hack her computer, which I know you won't. I just have to convince her of that...
 
Is the computer infected? Just tell her she'll get the computer fixed for free instead of having to pay lots of money somewhere else.
