please help!!!

ok ive got a problem and not realy sure what to do. ive got a trojan called new malware.j ive followed the steps so far and im told to post the hijackthis log in a new topic but i cant as its to long!!!. the problem im having is this virus is slowing my pc down to a crawl and take u to 10-15 mintues to open programs sometimes. i hope ive done this correct here is the log. what next???

Go to Add\remove in the control panel and remove any of the following.

ISTsvc
ISTBar
Media Gateway
Media Access

Download the VX2 plugin for Adaware.
http://updates.ls-servers.com/vx2cleaner.zip

Install it to the defaults, then run Adaware and select Add-ons, and VX2 cleaner.
Follow all the prompts and reboot if it doesn't automatically.
After rebooting run a full scan with Adaware.

Download Ewido.
http://download.ewido.net/ewido-setup.exe

Install and update it, then run a full scan. Remove all it finds.

Then reboot again and post a new Hijackthis log.
 
Download Lavasoft's Ad-Aware and the VX2 Cleaner Plug-in. Install Ad-Aware using the default options, then install vx2cleaner_inst.exe, taking all the defaults there as well.

Run Ad-Aware, update to the latest definitions, then click on Add-ons in the lefthand column. Select VX2 Cleaner V2.0 and click Run Tool. Click "OK", then, if something is found, click "Clean" as in the directions given. Click "Close", and exit Ad-Aware.

Reboot your PC and run Ad-Aware again. This time, click on the Start button in Ad-Aware, select "Perform smart system scan" and click Next. Once the scan finishes, click "Next" again. Select all objects found (right click anywhere in the list of found objects and click "Select All Objects"). Click "Next" one more time, then "OK" to confirm the removal.

You will be prompted to set Ad-Aware to run on reboot, click "OK". Exit Ad-Aware and restart your PC once again.

When Ad-Aware starts up, click on "Start", then "Next". Follow the steps above if anything is found, or click "Finish", then exit Ad-Aware.

For a final cleanup, please install and run Ewido.
  1. When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu".
  2. When you run ewido for the first time, you may get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK. We will fix this in a moment.
  3. From the main ewido screen, click on update in the left menu, then click the Start update button.
  4. After the update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful")
  5. Click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on Complete System Scan. This scan can take quite a while to run.
  6. If ewido finds anything, it will pop up a notification. Select "Remove" and "Perform action on all Infections".

Please finish up by rebooting your system once more, and posting a new HijackThis log

It looks like that didn't work, we'll do it the old way.

Please download Advanced Process Termination from:
http://www.diamondcs.com.au/downloads/apt.zip
Unzip it to the desktop.

Download CCleaner and install, but do not run it yet.

Please download the Nailfix utility.
DO NOT run it yet.

Reboot into Safe Mode by tapping f8 on startup and selecting "safemode" from the menu that appears.

Once in Safe Mode,

Double-click on My Computer and navigate to C:\WINDOWS\System32. Locate the file kiawqwy.exe. Don't delete it yet, just leave the System32-folder open so you can see the bad file.

Now run APT.exe. Locate the process kiawqwy.exe. Select this process and click Kill 3.

Then immediately return to the My Computer window to your System32 folder. Delete kiawqwy.exe.

Then run HijackThis, click Scan, and check:

Close all open windows except for HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

double-click on nailfix.exe. Click "Next" in the setup, then make sure "Run Nailfix" is checked and click "Finish". Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly --- this is normal.

Next, run Ewido again.
  1. Click on the Scanner button in the left menu, then click on Complete System Scan. This scan can take quite a while to run.
  2. If ewido finds anything, it will pop up a notification. Select "Remove" and "Perform action on all infections".
  3. When the scan finishes, click on "Save Report". This will create a text file. Make sure you know where to find this file again.


Then run HijackThis, click Scan, and place a checkmark by the following item:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe


Close all open windows except for HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

Now, run CCleaner.
  1. Uncheck "Cookies" under "Internet Explorer".
  2. Click on Run Cleaner in the lower right-hand corner. This can take quite a while to run.
Finally, restart your computer in normal mode and post a new HijackThis log.
 
i started to do that but could not find the kiawqwy.exe. file!!! i looked every where and even did a search for it. also i dont know if this make a difference but on start up it says the C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe cannot be found after i reboot
 
That sounds like it has got it, strange.
We'll clean some more crap off, then get whatever's left manually.

Download the trial version of Spy Sweeper from Here

Install it using the Standard Install option. (You will be asked for your e-mail address, it is safe to give it. If you receive alerts from your firewall, allow all activities for Spy Sweeper)

You will be prompted to check for updated definitions, please do so.
(This may take several minutes)

Click on Options > Sweep Options and check Sweep all Folders on Selected drives. Check Local Disc C. Under What to Sweep, check every box.

Click on Sweep and allow it to fully scan your system.

When the sweep has finished, click Remove. Click Select All and then Next

Exit Spy Sweeper.

Run the WindowSecurity trojan scan here:
http://www.windowsecurity.com/trojanscan/
Remove any trojans found, and restart your computer.

Then post a new Hijackthis log.
