hijack this:problems with program running

Would like to know if someone can help me on this.I had to use snip tool cause printscreen won't work at all for me some odd reason.

Right click on HijackThis and select "Run as Administrator". That will fix your issue.

You are running either vista or windows 7 and you need to right click on hijackthis and click on run as in order for it to work correctly. If the run as option doesn't appear then press and hold the shift key while right clicking on hijackthis.
