Hijack This Program

I recently downloaded Hijack This and scanned my system. It came up with a list but said not to delete it and to save it and send it to someone who understands better. Does this mean I send it to someone involved with the program or someone else that knows what they are doing? I see a lot on the list but I don't know what to do!!!

I don't remember specifically and I am not at home now, but there was quite a list of things.

It made no sense to me......how do I send it to someone over at Hijack? I guess there might be a way to contact someone, but I am thoroughly frustrated with my computer. :-(
