Please post your system specs as you don't have much in that log to really slow you down. How much system memory is installed and what processor are you using?

Decent of enough specs, have you ran malware/virus scans lately? I suggest you also download and run Ccleaner as it will delete all your old temp files and such speeding up your system.

I've done all that so thanks anyways..

I'm thinking of upgrading in RAM and also purchasing a new graphics card but i don't know which graphics card would be suitable.

You have what I would consider a rather small hard drive at only 60GBs. How much space is still free on the drive? And when was the last time you de-fragmented it? Come back and let us know how much hard drive space is used and free. If there isn't enough free space you wont even be able to defrag.

Also, is the computer clean and running cool? If your worried about temperature I use HWMonitor to check the temps on most computers. If you choose to use this program to monitor then go on the HWMonitor page to the "Version History" and get the 1.16 setup English. This installation includes 32 and 64-bit binaries. If you get this program, let us know what temps you are also getting.

And if the computer is full of dust, or has never been cleaned, I'd do a major cleaning just to prevent hardware damage as heat can seriously affect operating speed and the longevity of the hardware components.

These steps are definitely cheaper than new hardware if you don't need it!
