ok, here we go, i've done a research about these 2 nameservers shown at line 017 and it seems they belong to my ISP, as you claimed.
probably it ain't so bad but still i wonder why they are shown potentially nasty by hijackthis.de... anyway, better ask the ISP now.

The Hijackthis.de flags anything it doesn't know as being a "possible nasty". But best to check with your ISP.
