Any help would be very very much appreciated

I can see Lop in your log, but not Messenger Plus 3. Did you uninstall it? If so, reinstall Messenger Plus, make sure you accept the sponsor software. Then either uninstall the sponsor software (C2media) or if you don't use Messenger Plus, uninstall it making sure to take the sponsor software with it. Post a new log to make sure.

Something weird just happened, I installed it and then went to uninstall it and it dissapeared from the add/remove programmes list (but it's still here )

?

That is weird. Ok, do it like this.
Open Hijackthis, click "Open the Misc Tools section"
Next to "Generate StartupList log", place a check next to "List also minor sections" (full) and "List empty sections (complete).
Then click "Generate StartupList log"
Click "Yes" to the box that pops-up.
Then copy and paste the notepad text that appears in your reply, along with a new Hijackthis log.

My mistake, scroll down to the section titled "Enumerating Task Scheduler jobs:" and post what's in there.

just this...

Enumerating Task Scheduler jobs:

A48791BC91E403EC.job
{FFCD6F3C-8BEE-4D8A-9379-9AC6AD72D9BD}_GX270_Rices.job

is that right?

Download CCleaner.

Download: Microsoft Task Scheduler Command Line Utility
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/jt.zip
Unzip and copy jt.exe to your Windows folder.

Open Notepad, copy and paste the below and "Save As" KillJobs.bat
In the "Save as type" select: All Files

@echo off
jt /sd A48791BC91E403EC.job

Copy KillJobs.bat to your Windows folder.
Double-click on "KillJobs.bat". Allow it to run.

Make sure you can see all hidden files and protected operating system files. If you're not sure how to do that, see here.
Run Hijackthis and hit "Do a system scan only". Put a check next to these lines.

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://www.dxpjmiemsdzhkbzqa.us/qo4...xZrkEJk9PXC.htm
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Face Junk Road Platform] C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\second grey face junk\infodoes.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [body corn] C:\DOCUME~1\Rices\APPLIC~1\INTRAS~1\Tons win dvd.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MessengerPlus3] "\" /WinStart
Make sure you're offline and no other windows open, and hit "Fix Checked".
Boot into safemode.

Find and delete these folders
C: Program Files\Messenger Plus 3
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\second grey face junk
C:\DOCUMENTS & SETTINGS\Rices\APPLICATION DATA\INTRAS~1<< this folder begins with "INTRAS" and contains the file "Tons win dvd.exe"

Search for and delete anything to do with C2media.

Run CCleaner.
Reboot and post a new Hijackthis log.

Hit start>my computer>local disc c:, you'll see a folder named "windows". Copy the killjobs.bat into there, then when you double-click the windows folder, find the killjobs.bat and double-click it to run. If you don't know how to boot to safemode, reboot the comp, when it begins to start, keep tapping the f8 button til a menu appears, select "safe mode". If you miss it, you'll need to re-do the steps again before booting to safemode.

hopefullly ive done all that ok:
