First, when you restart/turn-on your computer does it run check-disk?

You seem to have two Anti-Virus programs. Please provide an uninstall list from HiJackThis.
1. Go into HiJackThis and click for main menu,
2. Then select the Misc Tools section
3. Now click "Open Uninstall Manager"
4. On the right you will see an option for "Save List", click it then name the file something you will remember. Then save that file to your desktop.
4. Post the contents of that log here in your next post

1. Go to "My Computer" on the START menu
2. Right click on C: drive and select tool tab
3. Click for Error-Checking to run
4. Place check marks in both boxes then click "start"
5. It will tell you it cant perform the actions now, do you want to do this on the next restart, answer YES
6. Restart computer and allow the error checking to complete

Your malwarebytes is way outdated. Please open malwarebytes and click on the update tab, click on check for updates and let it do its thing. Keep updating until it says you have the latest version, probably will take either 2 or 3 updates and then do another scan on your system and post the logs again.

Ok, it seems that your computer is clean from malware. The next step would be to do some system maintenance like download and run Ccleaner to delete all the old temp files and such, get it here.

Click where it says download latest version up top right.

Then install it and set the options that are checked in the attached image and then click on run cleaner.

Does your system need to be defragged as well?

Yeah run CCleaner, and I notice that you already had it.

So make sure to click the little link to "Check for updates..." at the bottom of the CCleaner program window. That will take you to the CCLeaner-Piriform website where you can download the newer version. I usually download from the Piriform choice instead of the filehippo site, though either is fine.
