Hiper Type r 480W

i read the PSU 101, and it says for a single high end card i need 28-32A, but even a PSU like this only gives out 18A? i m from englad and this PSU isnt cheap, its 45 pounds which converts to about 80-90 dollars. Am i right in thinking this PSU is not good enough?

that psu has dual 12v. the 12v rails added are 34a.

but i cant use both on the gfx can i? or doesnt taht matter? i m aiming to power a 6800GS or x1600XT with it along with an opteron 146 and 1gb of kingston ram.

Another thing wil this PSU be better?

My understanding is that the higher 12v rail goes to peripherals and gfx, the lower to CPU power. The Hiper would be better and allow for more future expansion.

Im not very firmiliar with where the power goes, but i believe the CPU gets its power from the 4-pin connector, not the 20/24-pin.

that psu looks nice n all, but it only has a 20pin motherboard connector and it doesn't have pci-e connectors.
