hiperpower 425 watt good?

i was thinking of getting a hiperpower 425watt for my new pc im going to build but cant seem to even find a website and thinking they might be rubbish......


are they anygood?

Well if the manual's in 6 languages it must be good :D . But seriously you can't tell all that much from those specs, good or bad.
 
Yes but bad PSUs dont have Active PFC :P I'd buy that PSU (not as a first choice but certainly buy it) :)
