HIS vs Xpertvision x1600

I am looking at getting a graphics card and since I am a poor uni student i can only afford low end stuff. What is the difference between the two cards?

HIS iceq 256mb x1600 pro agp
Xpertvision 256MB x1600pro agp

Well if you take regular His Iceq x1600pro then regular Xpertvision x1600pro wins because it has higher clocks... But the cooling is better in His's model..

But there´s also His Iceq x1600pro turbo and Xpertvision x1600pro Golden and Super models

It would help if you could post link to the store where those cards are...
