historykill for firefox?

is there any kind of program out there similar to historykill that works with firefox?
i like the fact that historykill clears all your temp files, and also has the keyboard shortcut to hide all active windows.

Cant you clear history and temo internary files in tools>options..

a lot of times, it's either just music or something for work i'm working on. i just hate it when people are trying to see what the hell i'm doing
my wife is the worste. constantly wanting to stand right behind me and 'read over my shoulder'. makes me nervous
