My computer is running a bit slow. Here's an HJT log - is there anything I need to fix?

Thanks, Larry

That's a pretty short log. Did you get an error when it scanned? Close HijackThis and right click on the shortcut, selecting "Run as Administrator". Run a scan and save a log file again.

There didn't seem to be much difference, although both times I ran HJT, it spent a little more time on "trusted zone enumeration" than the rest of the scan. Here's the administrator log:

No real problems. Just a bit slower than I like. But I guess that's normal for a 3.75 yr old machine. Thank you for looking into this.

Play the upgrade game. Or even better, re-format. That'll definitely give you the speed of that computer of when you first bought it.
