The only thing I see that you need to do is uninstall anything labeled viewpoint in add/remove programs. Most likely its viewpoint mediaplayer. What software did you install and what problems are you having, if any?
 
I play warcraft 3 and my friend told me that the software he was sending me will let me unlock the map to see enemies. Kind of like a maphack. The problem is, after I have installed this software on this computer and ran it, my brother experienced lag on his own computer. So, I'm starting to think that this software is the cause of this but I'm not so sure at this point yet. My other computer still experience unusual lag spikes whenever it tries to access any sites. I'm worried that this might be a worm. What else can I do to check for any problems that may be hidden to hijackthis? For the past 2 or 3 months, I have never experienced this problem before.

The full scan did not detect any malware. Does this mean that the laptop is not infected? Is there any hidden malwares that can't be picked up with malwarebytes?
 
Uninstall the software and see what happens. If you play WOW online then yeah most likely you might get lag especially if your dsl/cable speed isn't that great.
 
Chances are that the maphack add-on didn't install properly or is bugging out the game. I agree with the above-mentioned post. Uninstall the maphack and if you can't uninstall it, uninstall all of Warcraft III and backup your save files. Warcraft III is not WoW, and having not played WIII, I'm not too sure what the problem would be. Most likely it is a configuration issue that occurred when the add-on modified the way the program runs. You really have to be careful what you're installing with add-ons. None are Blizzard certified that I'm aware of. Good luck.
