Ok if you could check this list for a friend of mine, that would be great. For some reason his program list will no appear. Any help will be great.

I don't see anything that'd cause that problem.

Both Norton and McAfee appear in the log, are they running both?

Run Hijackthis and select "Do a system scan only", place a check by the following entries.

Close all open windows and browsers, and hit "Fix Checked".

Then reboot and post a new log.
