Hmm psu seems to low for my system

Asrock k7upgrade-880
Amd Athlon Xp 3200 (2.2 stock)
512Mb PC3200 DDR400 Corsair
XFX Nvidia Geforce 6600gt AGP (saposivly this takes a sh!t load of power to keep it going)
80gb WD HD
raid max stock psu 420 watt

I made early post about my computer shutting down under intense situations (doing benchmark test) and i have came to the conclusion that my PSU aint cutting it wat do u think?

stock may not be the greatest but it should be enough watts but the rails might be really bad
id get a better one if you can

Im runnin my box on a Vantec 420W ... i dont need to suggest that its not using anywhere near 400W (a wattmeter can confirm that).

Look at the cables coming from your PSU. There will be a bunch that the same types of connectors on them (usually 2 or 3 of these cables). Each such cable is a rail
