So I'm looking at this laptop and I was wondering if it was at all possible to hook something like and Xbox 360 to it and use the laptop screen as a monitor for the xbox?

Sorry, but you can't use a laptop screen without an input, and laptops don't have video inputs like that.
An HD tuner will not work because the signal that a tuner decodes is different from the signal between two HD devices. A regular tuner will give you bad results because it will be limited to standard def - might as well buy a cheap sdtv.
The only product that would work is a controller circuit board that is compatible with your screen and it would require you to dismantle the laptop and use the controller in place of the laptop.

Right, didn't think of that. I know some guy on youtube, turned his laptop into a portable Xbox 360. It's fun too just to look at.
