im looking for a cheap tv tuner card that will let me watch tv on my computer. i don't need any bells and whistles, but it needs to be able to play digital tv. for now i just have an antenna and they are all turning digital, but in a month im gonna be getting cable and my cable is digital as well. any suggestions would be amazing. thanx in advance.
