Hosting Question

Hi,

Can someone tell me if it is possible to host a web site holding page on a server.

We have a server running our work computers and we don't want to buy hosting just for one web page at the moment.

We have already brought a domain name, so is it possible to create a web page and get the domain name to access the page on the server from outside the network via the internet?

Is the 'forward port 80' part done via Windows?

registrar is that who I brought the domain name off?
