hotmail issue

my friend tried to sign in but it says
You've tried to sign in too many times with an incorrect e-mail address or password, or someone else is trying to sign in

and he doesn't remember the secret answer nor the old mail to send a password reset mail

my question is
is this temporary ?
or it's gonna be like this till he resets the password ?

im pretty sure after some time it will let him log in normally if he can remember his info

well he might be in some trouble then..... you caan always email hotmail staff, but if he cant remember his secret questiona nd answer or his alternate email.
i think hes gonna be SOL.
if all doesnt work he can either try http://www.desilva.biz/misc/hackhot.html, not sure if it works but ive heard countless times it does, or make a new one i guess

I believe the lockout is temporary.

Also, I don't think that particular 'hack' works...
