At a glance
Editors' rating: 7.6 Good
User rating: 100% 0% from 5 users

The good: Simple interface; one-click access to old files; fixes just about anything.
The bad: Expensive tech support.
What's it for: Undoing that last install, file save, or file deletion.
Who's it for: Home users, small-business owners, or anyone who is afraid that new software will crash their system.
Business use: Protects employers from bad software decisions.
The bottom line: While the System Restore utility built into Windows XP is nice, Norton GoBack 4.0 delivers a lot more control and flexibility, making your PC almost glitch-proof.

Anyway... I agree. I use GoBack and it is more reliable than Microsoft's "System Restore".
