how accurate is this site?

im wondering cause i was talking to this person i didnt know and i wanted to know if they lived were they said they did and acording to that they didnt and it was about 400 some miles diffrerent from were the person said they lived so i was just wondering it was about 100 some miles off for me

This website can't even locate my IP so i wouldn't trust it... I wouldn't trust a cyber "friend" either...
