how (and where) to disable internet traffic like news, weather..

In windows 8. I am not sure the version. How to disable the internet traffic like MSN news, weather, information that automatically happens when connected to the internet??

Because I am connecting to the internet through WiFi egg in which the monthly data is very limited. I don't need those news and weather update

I am not able to find out where to disable all those things.
