The XFX will be faster because it has 256 megabytes of ram, but why are you getting a 6600 when you could get a much faster 6800 for about the same price?

6600GT can't take the advantage of 256MB, so i would say go with eVGA.

and the eVGA is 50mhz faster than XFX memoty speed ( eVGA is 1000mhz while XFX is 950mhz)
