how can i change from (adobe indesign) to JPEG or GIF

i use Adobe InDesign but i want to but my design in my site but i can't


so i must change from Adobe InDesign to GIF or GPEG



plz help me







sory about writing becose my english is very bad

use the save as button on the file menu, assuming indesign has one, and save it as a .gif or .jpeg instead of whatever the normal extension would be
