how can i delete software

recently installed Hide platinum Software. It changes your IP address. Started acting strange . Couldnt open it or access certain websits . So i tried to delete it and couldn,t. Message says its still running yet I cannnot open it. Cannot even delet it manually by throwing into recycle bin. Any suggestions?
