How can I get a good screenshot from a music video?

I am trying to get a screenshot from a music video to save as a picture file. The video is on YouTube, but when I try to get it from there "using PrintScreen," the resolution is not good enough.

Does anyone know a way I can get a higher-resolution screenshot? Is there a way to download the video, or a program I can use?

What do you mean the resolution isn't good enough? Print screen will give you the resolution of your screen. You won't be able to get anything higher than that just from a screenshot technique. You might be able to download the file and then pull an image from it but 1. I have no idea how 2. Downloading the file is most likely illegal so we won't help you with that either.

Maybe there is a DVD of it I can buy.

I'm trying to get a shot that is high enough in resolution to print the picture on a shirt.

What resolution are you at? If you can find a 1080p or even a 720p source file and have a monitor that goes up to that then your resolution should be more than enough to go on a shirt without looking pixelated.

DVD's are 480p, which is pretty low these days and lower than what you'll find on Youtube.

I'm looking in device manager, I can't find anything that tells me the resolution of my monitor. Do you know how I can find this?
 
If it's an old music video (before 2000) you're probably outta luck in finding a high quality one legally.
