How can I get rid of these errors?

I've got 2 errors I'd like to get rid of:

1. Whenever I turn on my laptop it says "The procedure entry point AvgEditPUPExeptions could not be located in the dynamic link library"

2. When I try to install Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, it says "Error creating process<C:\DOCUME~1\Owner......IXP001.TMP\Install. exe> Reason: C:\WINDOWS\System32\advpack.dll"

How do I fix these?
 
Okay, I'm supposed to leave all the programs on there untill the lady who sold it to me gets a better look at it, but she won't notice, so I'll take that off, than the second one, I found a different version of 2.0, so it's installed now, thanks for your help.
