How can I make my computer Call my Cell when a email is recieved

Hello every body, i just signed up on these forums. I have been visiting these forums for quiet some time. Here is what i am trying to do:

How can i make my computer call my cell phone when it recieves an email in the outlook express from my isp.

The reason I cant forward the emails to my cell phone is because i use sprint and the emails are always delayed. I am thinking if the computer calls me using the modem in my pc then i would know an email has arrived.
