How can I record on my pc and anothers? While the viewers can her both of us?

Hi,
well I am starting a youtube channel with my friend.
Since we're playing Minecraft we need to be able to record both of our screens while our viewers can hear us.
Example a nametag in left corner "NicDesign" and then changes to my friend.

This is a streaming YouTube account? I think you could only stream from one IP address at a time. I'm wondering if Teamviewer would help?
