How can I reload my XP Media Edition 2004 to factory settings?

I have XP Media Center Edition 2004.

I do not have the disk. My DVD-RW isn't working to burn a new one.

Is there any way to do this with programs installed with the operating system. is there any way to do it by pushing "F" keys while it is starting up?

Or in the alternative.... where can I find the .iso file for this operating system?

Or would the Windows 7 work on this computer if I wanted to just use that one?

It is a Dell Inspiron 6000.

Providing it has a recovery partition then you should be able to reinstall XP. If you have an unused license for windows 7 then you can use it. But it really all depends on the specs for the machine. How much memory does it have?

1.25 GB of RAM.

How do I see if it has a recovery partition?

Right click on my computer, click on manage, click on disk managment on left. How many partitions show up on your hard drive? Can you post a screenshot of it?

You don't have a recovery partition unfortunately. So you are stuck. You really don't have enough system memory for windows 7 either.

I got a disc from someone that is Windows XP SP3 2014. I hope that would work on this machine, but it has been working well enough lately after I removed some AdWare and restored to an earlier point.... so I will use it like this for now...

No that disc won't work with your key. I don't even know what the 2014 is unless someone slipstreamed all the updates to it.

Use my ISO's. They're genuine and are meant for Media Center Edition.

Yea I saw it when I went back and looked at it. I downloaded them, but since my DVD-RW seems to not be working, I can't put them on a disk.

It's working well enough now, so I will just leave it like it is.
