I SCAN MY PC WHITH Norton AntiVirus AND THE RESULT IS:
Norton AntiVirus has found 5 at-risk file

Filename: Action
OCX00080078 -------------------Adware found
dll00080179----------------------Adware found
star.exe--------------------------Adware found
star.exe---------------------------Adware found
00080779.exe----------------------Dialer found

BUT Norton CAN NOT DELETE THESE FILES
AND I TRY MANY ANTISPY & TROJAN SOFTWARE TO REMOVE IT
BU I CAN'T
I WANT THE BEST SOFTWARE TO REMOVE THIS

Have you tried searching for them, and manually deleting them, that always works

Manually deleting? What about when the computer won't let you delete a file or folder from windows explorer?

You can delete it after stopping that process.
