How can I Run Programs in Background?

i'm using winXp,

1) i wanna run programs like ABC in the background.it shud only shows in the Task Manager.

2)how to minimize the programs to systray?

well to have programs running in the back ground you will need a Fast Computer otherwise ur pc will be slow ...

I Want To Run The Prgrms Silently.
