I don't think you can [legally] download content from YouTube, but from Google Video you can.

i don't think it is illegal to download from youtube, its just tht they choose not to give you the option, i used the following site to do it:

http://www.getvideo.info/

But it is not showing up at the moment, if you are using firefox you can download the video downloader plugin
