How can I setup a media server to have my PS3 be able to access files on my computer?

As the title basically says. What I want to do is setup a media server so I can access my music and any videos I put on my computer from my PS3. I've messed with this just a hair in the past and never figured out how to do it. I looked online then and couldn't find simple instructions so just forgot about it. Now I've decided again I want to try to do this.

I have the PS3 and the computer on a wireless network.

Anyone know what I need to do to make it so the PS3 can see the files and read them?

Use Windows Media Player to set up media sharing.

Once setup, your PS3 will detect it and access the share
