How can I share Outlook Express

I'm going to be setting up a small office system, but how can I make it possible for all PCs to view all e-mails that we receive, even after we've downloaded the mail from the server?

Is it possible to share a common file somewhere?

We're running XP home, if that helps.
 
I presume your going to have a network. If you want them to see one e-mail account that's simple.
Just make sure they all use the same e-mail address in there outlook.
For Example
[email protected]
Password: access

Just make all the computer log into Outlook using this information

My problem is that I need all users to be able to see when an e-mail has been replied to, because I don't want three people to reply to an e-mail!

It's easy enough to leave a copy of the message on the server so everyone can see all received messages. But it's really the sent items folder that needs to be shared.

Any more thoughts?
