WIndows 10 How can I sync Date and Time from one computer to another via USB

Hello All,

I stucked to sync date and time from one computer to another computer through USB. How Can I do that?
I have a cable that have both side USB male connector So that I can connect both computer. But I don't know how to configure for time sync.

Can I ask what the purpose is? If both pcs are connected to the internet you can sync to the time server.

I can't connect these PC with Internet connection due to some Cyber Security Issue.

Why USB? What time-sensitive NTP dependency do you have where setting it manually wouldn't work?

Because I can't connect computer through ethernate cable and I can only sync through USB cable only.
