In about 30 seconds i will sound very stupid. But i would greaty appreciate it if someone could help me out with a paper topic i have.
I don't know much about how internet really works and hence its a awkward paper to write for me. My topic is How might you use Operations Research or Optimization techniques to improve communication and dissemination of information on the internet. I have to come up with some current problems we have and then try to give ideas on how OR can be used to resolve them.
I know one can use different algorithms to make search engines better, or maybe even have something to improve data transfer. But i dun know too much. So if anyone could give me some ideas or point me towards a source i would be grateful to you.
