How can the computer check for updates without an internet connection?

Hi everyone,
I have a computer that doesn't have the hardware Hardwear to enable the computer to access wifi but can only update if a cable is attached to it. I have also disabled the ethernet and have the Bluetooth turned off. Yet, my computer says that it has found updates for my computer to be installed but needs internet connection to do so because they are large files. How is this possible? How can the computer check for updates that are available?
 
It can't. It may have checked for updates when you were connected at one point. So why don't you want to connect to the internet and use it on this pc?

I'm being hacked. The computer said it checked for updates this morning when I had my computer on. And it had all these updates listed and the date as well as the time. Maybe it has hidden wifi adaptor.
 
It has under the network adapter's WAN miniport - IKEv2, IP, IPv6, L2TP, Network Monitor, PPPOE, PPTP, SSTP. I haven't disabled them but I have disabled the Intel (R) Ethernet Connection. Should I have disabled the WAN mini ports too?

It says in the windows updates that it has found today at 10am.some updates but the updates are too big to download over the current network and to connect to wifi.

I tried to attach photos but they were too large.

I don't think there is. There is Bluetooth. But the updates message stating it checked and found these updates is making me doubt that. Because it would need a connection to the internet in order to check for downloads.
 
The only way you can get internet over bluetooth is if you share it to that device from another. Say like from your cell phone to your pc. just about every pc will show up with those wan ports and other items in device manager, I have them as well.

You can select each item and uninstall them but I'm pretty sure they will eventually come back when you connect ethernet port.

Can I ask why you don't want an internet connection for this pc?

My computers, email and android phones have been hacked into. I have evidence of this. Hackers have attempted to corrupt the evidence files on the other computer so I keep this computer away from any internet or Bluetooth connections. My first Facebook account they have hijacked when it was in he deactivation phase and was almost about to be deleted as that one was being hacked into. The hackers then sent an SMS to my phone with my old closed Facebook account sending the message. Again, I have evidence of this. My current Facebook account at the end of last year to the first two months of this year was bombarded with pornography spamming. Disgusting. I used my non android phone and took videos of this. That's the reason why. I know the admin thinks this is hysteria. But if I have damning evidence then it's not hysteria. The police and lawyers refuse to help me. I have over ten years worth of evidence.
