How close a 6600 ( 256 mb ) to a 6800 ( 128mb )

If i have a 2.0ghz celeron , 768mb ram and 6600 ( 256mb ) and iam getting 40 fps in DOOM 3 ( for reference ) then how many FPS will i get if i've got a 6800 instead?
 
...I thought you said you had a 6200??? And do you mean the plain 6800, the GS, GT, LE, or what? Same with the 6600... There are many different models.
 
Probably straight 6600 and 6800 if he didn't specify.

Big difference between the two, even with the RAM involved. RAM has little to do with performance as compared to the GPU.
