How come IE looks like this?

My screen is set at 1024x768 but IE looks like this....

maybe disabled it

Try scanning for adware/spyware and viruses? Could very possbily be something that did that.

Lol, I dunno what's wrong with it, it's not my comp, it looks normal on mine, but the person using this one hardly uses ie anyway so it's not such a big deal
