program files in windows vista. I downloaded a microsoft data collection control and dont need it, and now when i click on it and go to remove program file from the file menu or delete it doesnt work. is there a trick to it?

in that situation, try to stop all process that running. then try delete again. if does't work, try cleanup file registry by software, i use CCLEANER. u can download it free by searching it at internet. just search for CCLEANER and u can find it. ANd if doesn't work u just delete all file that related to it manually. go at program file or directory u install it and delete directly from that. delete all file either in desktop or start menu. lastly defragment ur hardisk for fix fragment file. i just suggest.. i u want to try, go on if not nevermind....
