How do i earth my self?

What the heck is 'earth' yourself mean?

If you mean grounding yourself, just touch a metal part of your case to make sure your not harboring any static electricity. Preferably dont do your work on carpet but besides that you will be fine.
 
your right about that. standing on carpet in winter could be a nightmare during winter. touch the frame or and even barefoot.
try to keep your hands isolated to the sides only of the install.
