im having a problem. see, im talking to some support-team about my graphics card not working, and they need to know my power supply. but the problem is, i have no idea how to figure that out. so i was hoping that this forum could help me :P

Do you mean they need to know the power of the supply or the model? Either way if you take the power supply out of the pc all the info you need will be on a sticker on the top pf it. If you are not sure how to take the Supply out, this may help http://www.fonerbooks.com/r_power.htm

That is for an ATX case, but it is pretty similar to most supplies, if you still have trouble post your make and model

The sticker is typically printed on the side of the PSU. You don't need to take the PSU out, just remove the side panel from the case and take a look at the sticker. Of particular importance when assessing PSUs is the amperage on the +12V rail.
