how do i get rid of this on my toolbar

right click the taskbar, click properties, untick lock the taskbar, hover back over the top and drag i down.

nevermind, ive fixed it

Try unlock the taskbar, click on on the edge (when white arrow becomes black two sided arrow) and move your mouse down.
