this thing pops up 5 times a minute and driving me insane.:eek:

There are probably many ways you can approach this.
You can:
Try to run your ANTI-tools, virus and spyware to see if it'll remove it.

Is it happening online? you can try an online virus scanner if you dont have an ANTIvirus tool.
