How do i get windows picture and fax viewer

For a while i have not been able to open pictures using this, the option is there just i cant open pictures, i have to use paint to open them

Where can i go on the internet to download Windows picture and fax viewer

I love the program so dont want to change - i just want it back and working please
 
m8 ur a genios - i did try one line of code but tht didnt work
but i just found a different 1 in the link u gave me there
